Which green tea has the LEAST amount of fluoride?

Question:
Does anyone know which brand or source of green tea has the least amount of fluoride? Ive been told white green tea has slighty lower but I know that different brands claim difenrt levels. Supposedly the youngest aged leaves have leess fluoride. Does anyone have a brand they swear by?

Answers:
Well, this fluoride controversy goes back aways. The first time someone hit me up on this, I thought it was a joke, honestly. It's not really a controversy per se as most scientists have completely endorsed it. I used to live in one of the few cities that did not fluoridate it's water, and when they decided to start doing so, the kooks came out of the woodworks trying to stop it. Most of them were from out of state too. Most of the websites with the scary stories are selling something alternative, if you'll notice.

Anyway, here's a link all about fluoridation. http://www.ada.org/public/topics/fluorid...

Green tea has flouride in it, that's true. Be the looks of some of the dentistry I've seen here in Japan, it can't have that much in it, heh. If the fluoride is as bad as the scary websites try to make you think, how is it that the Japanese have the longest life span on the planet, and they average 4-5 cups a day? Honestly - I wouldn't worry about it.

Matcha has a good reputation, as well as Vitalive, but Vitalive is a multi-supplement, it has a good amount of green tea concentrate in it.
