Who here has taken Alli?
Question:

My friend takes Alli and she was at the gas station pumping gas, farted and actually ended up with a whole sak of poop in her underwear. Any time you eat fatty foods Alli will push it right out of you, you have little control over your bowels. Now if you eat healthy and limit the fats, you will have more control.
I haven't taken it myself, but I know many people that have taken things similar to it. It's a basic fat blocker... but it's a drug that has a lot of side effects (the ones I know have taken natural supplements that do the same thing without side effects).
The "treatment effects" will vary depending on a few major factors including how much fat you ingest and how much you are willing to cut down your intake of food. If you have too much (or enough) fat, the pills will bind that fat so your system doesn't absorb it. On paper, that's a GREAT idea... but that's until you look at what happens TO that fat. If the fat isn't absorbed, it goes through your intestines and colon as a glob of fat (oil).. and then comes out of the rectum as a glob of oil.
That's why all fat blockers have a listing on there about "anal leakage". the glob of oil can leak out when you're not on a toilet. Not too pleasant to think about (and no wonder that's not one of their advertised points).
Still being objective, yes, it works for many people.. but if you read all of the "are you ready?" steps, it mainly works because the main steps basically say you need to eat less, exercise, and take this pill... then the pill might help you lose up to 2 pounds per 10 pounds you would have lost without it.
After all that and reading all the side effects, you just have to ask yourself if it's worth it. Some people think it is, some don't, and some would prefer natural alternatives that do about the same thing.
