gargle with salt water 4x a day,
spoonfuls of honey,
suck on ice chips.
gargle really cold soda
Cepocal throat losengers. Or any kind with a numbing agent is what I use the most. Also, those throat sprays are nice for a quick relief.
honey and lemon juice
Gargle with salt water, or apple cider vinegar.
or Down a shot of Vodka.works for me everytime
Gargle a couple of times a day with Hydrogen Peroxide & then follow with a warm salt water gargle. Through out the day, drink lots of water and then use Cepacol to numb the discomfort. If it doesn't go away after 3-4 days, you should got to the Dr. - it could be a bacterial infection or strep throat that won't go away on it's own.
Hope you feel better soon!
Gargle with pure warm water mixed with a teaspoon of sea salt. Do this every 2-3 hours until you start to feel it improving then cut back. Also, zinc lozenges work very well for sore throats!
Mix together 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon juice and then add just a tiny sprinkle of Cayenne pepper. Swallow it down and feel the relief. Do as often as necessary. If your throat isn't better in a day or two or if you have white patches in your throat, go to a Dr., you might have strep throat and you will need antibiotics for that. Good luck!!
I used this many times.take an 8 ounce glass, and put in about one inch of apple cider vinegar...must be apple , NOT WHITE vinegar...then fill the rest of the glass with lukewarm, not hot, water..Take a sip, then gargle, spit out, another sip, gargle, spit out..until you used up the whole glass...if you do this first thing in the morning and again at night, it helps tremendously; better yet, if you can do it about every 3 to 4 hours, all day long, that's even better. For me, my sore throat was usually gone by the 2nd or 3rd day, at most...try it!!
Make sure you rinse your mouth out with warm water after you are thru; vinegar acid can damage your tooth enamel!!
You need a cup of tea. Put in a pan ginger, garlic and water and leave there for about 15 min or until half of the water has evaporated. Strain the mixture and add lemon and honey into that water. Drink it and you immediately feel better.
I hope it helped
