Vitex (chaste tree berry) good or bad?
Recently I have had my pms get worse and worse... I did some research online and found a lot of positive talk about Vitex for "women issues" but I also found one site that said it could increase depression to a scary point- any one know the real deal with vitex?
Is it possible to overdose on vicodin?

I've worked with vitex clinically for two decades, and have never seen it cause depression. I have learned in working with natural therapies to never say never, and people can react to herbs in all types of ways. I think progesterone creme applied to the skin for the last week before your period works better. Vitex has a mild estrogenic effect as does saw palmetto.
