yep they are real, and they work for real... you can do the same thing with a caster oil pack and epsom salt. Draw toxins out of the body via the feet, stomach, chest, arms...
Yup they make it easier to walk around because you aren't toting as much money anymore. Crap. Another thing to get your money.
