Try eucalyptus oil in a bath (about 4 drops) or you can put warm water in a sink and put about 10 drops and bend down and breathe it in it will help you. if its a headache try a drops of lavender or chamomile put some drops around the temples or back of skull ... try putting drops on a wet washcloth with the drops and put it on your head see if it works. Peppermint or chamomile tea is good too.
As for headache, I use cajeput oil to massage my forehead and neck.

Eucalyptus oils can also used in headache and from the book I read it can heal fever when colds/flu.

Try ginger tea to make your body more sweat, maybe this can make you better.
Best thing I know of is Mona Vie Acai juice.
