Well, medical discoveries are very rampunt and you get amused of what they find cure for, though on the other hand it is surprising how they did't yet succeed yet to find cure for most of the cancers and other terminal diseases.. However they surely will only lengthen the time on earth. Queen Elizabeth surely knows that no matter how much money she has she can't buy life and someday she will also has to give away to life. That is the true justice of God. You can't buy life. Yes you can buy progressive medicine which could help but at the end it would be in vain. One can buy with money all that he can but not health and life. Thank God for that otherwise there would be a great injustice in the world. Medical people know that what they can do is a possible healing of the body itself but only for a short time or to minimise the pain. This is a law of Nature with God over it.
