While he was doing that he was telling her about the weak points all over, that lack energy specially the area around the Belly.

Since this guy is really a no-body there is not much you can do. What I mean by that is that he is not a licensed professional like a chiropractor, or medical doctor. If they do stuff like this, and some have, one can go after them big time both criminally and civil. He had his way with this young woman because he is a sexual predator. Likely she is not the only one. Whatever is done make sure it is legal.
Your friend just got molested and paid for it. I'd call the cops. At least file a complaint so there will be a record when the next girl comes in.
