It's not painful at all. Sometimes it's even used on animals with or without behavioral problems, and it almost always relaxes them.
if you relax and the person does it right ,it does not pain you and the felling after has all pain gone and a refreshed feeling
Had acupuncture many times. It certainly cured my whiplash. I also had it to help me quit smoking. i have not had a cigarette in 6 and a half years.
