Moisturzing skin from the inside out? Any foods or herb to transport to provide some moisture to the skin?

Is at hand any food or berb, supplements, oils etc that can engineer your skin more moist, especially in the winter? I use a humidifier, but my skin dries out. Any suggestions for treating the inside out?

Answers:    foods near omega 3 will moisturize your skin from the inside out. i.e. fish (especially SALMON), walnuts, flaxseeds, soybeans, shrimp, etc. there is also food next to omega 3 added to it like milk.
