to pretend like im doing cocaine but not really do it?
we're making a movie, incase you were wondering why i wanted to pretend snort cocaine. we can cut that scene out if theres nothing I can snort safely.but what do people in drug movies use? we dont really want to cut it out

I wouldn't try any of those suggestions. You could try positioning the camera at an angle where the straw or whatever is on the side of your nose and pretend like you're snorting. Make all of the necessary gestures as if you were. Just don't show the powder disappearing. Then, cut! Reposition the camera to show the powder all gone. I'm sure the audience would get the idea.
You could snort powdered asprin. It's called goody's I think. But in the movies they just use the real stuff.
I would suggest using the little Smarties candies. When crushed, they have a very similar appearance to cocaine. However, you would have to crush it into a very fine powder, for if any crystals were to be left intact, they would really hurt your nose.
it will burn like hell i'm sure, but you could try aspirin.

i dont suggest anything you could seriously damage your membrane inside your nose causing it to rupture and bleed. then you'll have to go to the hospital to have it packed which consists of a tampon like object being shoved into your nose and left there for 5 days. fake it unless you like the idea of a tampon in your nose
Uhhh... I wouldn't put any of these things up your nose. Snorting anything can be damaging to your mucous membranes. If you don't want to get high intentionally, don't snort any prescription medications. Snorting adderall is basically the equivalent of smoking amphetamine.
What about powdered sugar? All it is is sugar and cornstarch. I would think it's the lesser of all the other evils...
putting anything up your nose would be incredibly stupid. smarties would probably be the best if you had to do anything. but aspirin or adderall. those are still drugs, and they still effect your brain. I take adderall everyday, it is prescribed to me. it's not something that should ever go up your nose. that's just completely ignorant.
