Please help me, i'm having a hard time trying to measure a liquid vitamin supplement that has to be 2 oz per..

Question:
serving it should be taken in the morning, it says 2 oz but i cant figure out how much is that, i saw an example with a crystal cup where you serve wine, so let's say i use a regular crystal cup for wine, should i fill the half or the entire cup so i can make the correct 2 oz? Thank you very much for your help.

Answers:
You could go to www.onlineconversions.com. Then click on the "volume" link (since you need conversions in volume). Which I just looked up for you. It says 2 US fluid oz. is equal to 4 US Tablesoons.
It's a handy website.
You can also go to your neighborhood Pharmacist and ask if they have any of those little plastic medicine cups that have measurements on them.

Many over the counter meds for children come with these on top of the bottle.

I used these for a long time with Liquid Feosol, and it was so much better than trying to measure by tablespoons.
I use a two-ounce shot glass I bought at WalMart to measure out noni juice.

Good luck and be well.

This is easy. 8 ounces is one cup. So just use your 1/4 cup measuring cup. Don't have one? It is also 3 tablespoons plus one teaspoon.
one cup equals 8 ounces so a quarter cup should equal 2 ounces
Get yourself a kitchen measuring cup. Two fluid ounces is 1/4 cup (or four measuring tablespoonfuls.)

It's worth investing in a basic kitchen measurer to make sure you are taking the correct amount of your supplement. Don't "guestimate"
