Ive been taking apple cider vinegar and my pee smells like metal is this good or bad??

Not good...
It's not great, but it's not horrible... Apple Cider Vinegar is a cleanser, so you're detoxifying.
How good or bad it is depends on what type of metal it smells like, too. Some metallic smells are good because you are cleaning those out of your system when you have too much of them. Some metallic smells are bad if you shouldn't have those metals in your system at all (which I doubt is the case because you would have already been sick from them).
It could also be that it smells similar to some metals. it's hard to know without smelling it. For a cheap way to see how bad it may be, you could take a piece of pH testing tape and try a test of your saliva, then take another piece and test your urine. If your urine has a significantly (meaning more than 0.2 difference) higher pH than your urine, then you are likely purging out a metal or other alkaline substance. If it's less than that, it's perfectly fine.
When all is said and done, the only way to be absolutely sure if you're purging out something bad is to go to a naturalpathic, homeopathic, or holistic doctor and have them test you. but it's probably not that bad.
Could that mean she had a lot of metal-minerals in her system?.. If you start looking anemic stop, lol.
