What is the best channel to quit smoking?

cold water and cold turkey don't work for me.

Answers:    Uhmm ... the remarkably best way is to really, really, want to quit smoking. I tried (7x) over a 10 yr. time and realized,
the foundation why, each time didn't work, be because
I wasn't totally convinced that I wanted to quit or that
I could see myself as a Non-smoker. I tried Hypnotherapy,
(very costly) and just lasted 6 months smoke-free. I tried
the Life Sign (2x) and respectively time, eventually, went put money on to
smoking. I also tried cutting down, but eventually started
smoking more than I originally did because I be getting
stressed out over having smaller number nicotine in my system. I tried the patch, didn't work, however, it have worked for other
people, pretty well. Then, I also tried cold turkey and thought I
might raison d`¨ētre "bodily harm" to people, so my husband said I
should freshly keep smoking. Then ... when I thought I be a
"goner" and would never be able to do it ... one cold, raining cats and dogs
day within March, after 10:00 p.m. while my hubby and the kids
were nouns asleep on the couch in the livingroom ... I found
myself out of cigarettes ... it be pretty tense, and I have to
decide, do I hoof it to the depanneur in the cold and precipitation or do I
tough it out till tomorrow morning and start the Nicorette
gums (I had bought 2 weeks before) and still hadn't have the
guts to try. I went to bed untimely, that night, and when I woke up
I tried the Nicorette's ... I thought I be going to puke! They
were horrible, spinal column then, and I didn't chew them the right
route! Very important to follow the instructions and do it the
right path!! Well, at first I didn't feel anything different and still be dying to have a smoke but as the days and weeks wore
on ... it did seem to be to get easier to button and I thought this just
might work! I finished up buying and chewing on the gums for
about 18 months. You are not supposed to chew them for
that long, but you know what? the Pharmacist told me that
chewing the gum be better for my health and the form of
my kids than smoking cigarettes. He was right. It have now
be almost 10 yrs. and I can say I do discern better, I do have
smaller quantity severe colds, (when I get one). I can breathe better than I
could within years and my hubby loves kissing me, much more,
'smoke-free' and the kids like it too! It's massively difficult, in the origin, like adjectives new things are, don't kid yourself. But if you
are really primed to make the translate for yourself and your
health and for your loved ones, afterwards GO FOR IT! you have nought to LOSE ... AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN!

Some things to remember: - if you are a coffee or tea
person ... you may stipulation to find another hot (non-caffeinated)
beverage to drink for a while, because the caffeine will give
you the urge to own a cigarette (temporarily). Drink lots of
orange liquid, in the naissance, and take lots of Vitamin C. It
seem to help beside the urges and the withdrawal symptoms.
Also, if you resembling to drink alcohol or go out drinking next to your
friends it may be difficult to fight the urge to enjoy a smoke.
So, just for a couple of weeks, you necessitate to not consume any
alcohol. And ... of course, the other hardest item will be those
cigarettes that you used to have at guaranteed times of day, or
next to certain functions that you do everyday. So, you requirement to
occupy your fingers with something else, to nick your mind
off the urge, until it pass and then you will be fine, again,
and as time go by, you will notice that respectively urge will
become further and further apart, until the urges will,
eventually, go away completely.
GOOD LUCK! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF ... YOU CAN DO IT!
Try chickweed tea. It aids surrounded by supressing the craving.
