Sometimes a person will look for alternative methods (not approved by the FDA) not necessarily because they really believe in them but because the traditional medical establishment has let them down so many times and they’re fed up with it.

The FDA panders to drug companies and many of it's top members have ties to the profit industry of the drug companies. It does very little at all of true value for the American people.
It is sad that people have to go so far just to get treated.
The surest way to get sick is to see a doctor and accept his drugs! The FDA gave them 15 billion dollars to prescribe their drugs. Can you imagine how much they make to be able to pay so much just to be able to do that? They are practically shoving them down the children's throats now! I best not get started on this subject. You may not like it!
Know any remedies for sinuses?
NOTHING! I agree! The problem is that in our country it is considered "Alternative medicine" because our main stream is so prescription happy. I don't feel you have to believe in something for it to work, but you DO have to be more open minded and willing to try. Our bodies are organic, why shouldn't our treatments be as well? Md's in our country have a God complex and need to get over themselves, it's supposed to be about what's best for the patient, not the pharmaceutical companies. It's our body, and our choice, unfortunately some people just let themselves be bullied into a treatment they really don't want or aren't educated enough in. Really sad!
You know what?! I've had it!! I hate the FDA!! and the FBI, CIA, and don't forget PETA!! What the FDA has done was protect me from the following: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis A B C, Tetanus, Meningitis, Polio, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Chicken Pox, I could keep going but I don't want this to be long (Yes I know all of my immunizations) Green Eyed Girl I know this isn't the best place for a debate but if it weren't for MD's then who knows how you would be here today. I'm not saying what you have said is wrong. What I'm trying to get at is that MD's are here to help people who do not have that knowledge. We would not need immunizations if our bodies were capable of handling these themselves. Hell, we wouldn't even need phamacutics. I'm sorry if I sound naïve but we need their help. And soon I'll be one of them.
