Since nobody has answered this, I did a quick search on Yahoo.. it sounds like it's birth control or a form of it at least.

The top 5-6 hits all had it mentioned right next to ortho tricyclin, which is another birth control pill. I'm at work right now, and websites listed under "sex" are blocked, so I can't see more info about it. I listed the first website below.

The only other hits on Yahoo were for numbers, not medicine.
It appears to be a book written by a Welshman. Also, in Welsh it means 3 times 20 or 60.
