Is there a herbal plant called kotocola? and What is it intended for?

Question:
please include the origin etc..

Answers:
Do you mean Gotu Kola? If so, it's used to maintain Venous health (circulation) and helps with wound healing.

I'd say, most take it to help prevent DVT and increase blood circulation to the brain i.e. to help with memory by increasing nutrient flow.

I found this:

Gotu kola is a slender, creeping plant that grows commonly in swampy areas of India, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, South Africa and the tropics. Its fan shaped leaves are about the size of an old British penny - hence its common names Indian pennywort, marsh penny and water pennywort.
