Question:
I have a habit of cracking my knuckles and maybe about a week ago, i cracked my right thumb (I usually don't really crack that one) *and i know it's bad to crack my knuckles* and it's been hurting since, when I bend it and when i push a certain spot by the thumb, it hurts a lil bit. It doesn't hurt that bad, but any suggestions of what might be the problem and how to relieve it? I tried putting it into a splint to avoid bending it for now. I dont see the need to see a doctor either.

Try Arnica Montana topically and internally. It's in the homeopthic section of better grocers and drug stores but for sure in the health food store. It comes in a cooling gel form to use on the skin and in small homeopathic capsules to take under the tongue. It's good for bruising, mild to moderate trauma and scrapes and bites.
The following website is amazing! These are some links for what they have in the way of Arnica. God's blessings to you!
