Any home recipes or where can I purchase..?
Question:
(I posted this in health/beauty section, but w/no response...thought I'd try here.)
My mom went to a spa while on vacation and had a detox bath and said it was great! She couldn't believe all the stuff it pulls out of your skin..."gross" but amazing!
I'm making up an "at home spa" basket for her birthday and would like to see if it's at all possible to do an "at home" detox bath.
Any suggestions or advice?

Here is a site with a recipe.
I have used this product from B & B Works. C.O. Bigelow Mustard Bath, #167 (they use 30% mustard). But make it yourself for much less...
Ground dry mustard is detoxifying. See if you can find it in the ethnic section of your grocery store in big bags (like quart size), it's much cheaper that way. Buying it from the baking/spice section can be pricey, you'll spend a fortune. ;) But maybe just a single bottle would be enough... Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Thyme (run these through a food processor) are also good to add. Check out the "bulk" spice section for these and mix it in with the mustard. Make sure to use some dead sea salts (in the gourmet salt section in the baking isle) and baking soda too. Add a few drops of wintergreen or lavender essential oil and mix this all up in a bowl and fill a pretty tin or bag with it. It's lovely and a very thoughtful gift, what a sweet daughter you are! Hey, you just gave me an idea for Christmas, thanks! ;P Email me if you would like more exact measurements...
I do not know the ratio, but I think it is 1/2 to 1 cup of epsom salts. It won't take as much out, but it does take some out.
I know that "Silky Scents" has essential oils & organic essential oils, and they have a free recipe section. You'll probably be able to find all the information there. Plus they have the pictures of each plant. You can google their name to find them online.
