Question:
is there an aromatherapy solution for:
varicose veins?
impotence?
acid reflux or overproduction of mucus in the throat after eating
and
cholesterol/triglyceride level?
if theres no aromatherapy solution, then what about herbs?

Answers:
It would be best to get a book from the library or check the internet but:

Arnica is good for bruises - so massaging into varicose veins could help.
Dandelion is a good digestive - anything bitter before you eat will encourage the activity of your stomach, helping to digest your food.
Eating Psyllium Husks is good for cholesterol - and it a natural fibre...
