First time for a chafe...whats the best helpful to travel for?
I want to be relaxed and rejuvinated afterward, not totally sore.
Answers: I will not go cavernous on a first timer. I will offer a full body Swedish and adjust to the person's individual requirements.
I would recommend that you find a reputable therapist contained by your area and see what's available.
My first stroke was a typical full body. It be heaven.
Deep tissue might be rather much for you, but it all depends. I hear that they do hurt a little, but if you close to the extra pressure then shift for it.
Ask for a full body relaxation massage. Typically you will be offered a 60-minute Swedish press. Once in the session, if you require a touch heavier pressure, then you can indicate that to the psychotherapist. Depending on the training and/or ego of the massage psychotherapist, a deep tissue chafe may not be the best first session. If you mention Deep Tissue, then the psychotherapist may get the belief that he/she needs to "fix" something.
Enjoy :)
as a chafe therapist i recommend for frist timers purely a basic full hour full body swedish polish you can ask for more pressure if your therapist isnt giving satisfactory to work out your sore tight muscles, if you decide to return with massages on a regular principle dont do deep tissue until going on for your 3rd or 4th massage a moment ago so you will know what to expect. and always remember merely because it is deep tissue doesnt indicate you should feel approaching you will be bruised or sore all over. during a insightful tissue remember to breath deeply and if it get to a point where you are contained by to much pain to bar during the massage ask to blanch up. pain equals your muscles tighting so afterwards whats the point of a massage?? hope this is compassionate.
