There are many different types of Ginseng and even the geographic region where it was grown is significant. So each type of ginseng have certain characteristics and attributes that others may not have.

I would say that as long as I'm taking the appropriate ginseng for my condition, it has always responded well. But taking ginseng when you do not necessarily need it can cause one to develop internal heat. In other words, as long as you respect ginseng it'll work. It has for me.
