I'm all for people taking charge of their own health and using herb remedies to maintain health, but I would not recommend this strategy without guidance.

absolutely and it is a really good idea to expel parasites while doing a whole body cleanse. i would also recommend that you are having 2-3 bowel movements daily so as you kill parasites they have no where to leave their eggs behind in your colon.
