it should be legal & handled just like booze,dont get caught driving stoned...,just think how the domestic violence would drop off nation wide,no one wants to fight & be beligerant when high on cannibus!

i dont believe that it is a gateway drug. it should be legal because when youre stoned youre not really a danger to the people around you. youre still in control of your actions, but youre just really really stupid. but like any other drug like booze or pills (legal or not) or nicotine, it shouldnt be abused. getting high once in a while is ok because it calms you down.
if you do abuse it its gonna have side effects like shrinking your balls or gaining weight and looking like crap.
